The Share and Gather Team

The Share and Gather Team are the foot soldiers of our task force.  They are the ones carrying the Exalt 2022 vision and running with it to share with those in our community and inviting them to come out and telling them how they can be a part of this citywide gathering.

Safety and Security Team

The primary focus of the Safety and Security Team is to maintain order and ensure the overall safety and well-being of all individuals in attendance.  Although we do not anticipate any unwelcomed interruptions, the police, security officers and EMT professionals who will be on location and prepared to handle any law or health related incidences.  

Business Outreach

The Businesses Team will contact and connect with local businesses to share the vision of Exalt 2022 to enlist their financial partnership to help cover the rental expenses of the stadium and other related costs for stage equipment, as well as food, marketing and promotional costs.

School Outreach Team

The School Outreach Team encourages Christian educators and Christian organizations within the school system in our community to get involved.  We envision leaving a legacy from one generation to another generation how to invoke the power and presence of our God in our city.

Marketing Team

“And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them?”  (NLT) Getting the word out about National Day of Prayer Exalt 2022 is paramount to the overall success of this encounter.  The marketing team is tasked with developing media kits for distribution, as well as creating audio and video promotions that will innovatively give websites and social media platforms, print and digital magazines, newspapers and newsletters the voice needed to sound the trumpet in our city.     

Hospitality Team

Providing attention and care to those who will be serving is the focus of the Hospitality Team.  Not only will our volunteers depend on this team to provide refreshments, food and water, but those who attend will also depend on this team to greet them with smiling faces and the love of God as they give directions to all who enter the stadium.  

Worship Team

This team consists of worshipers who will come together to yield their instruments to release a sound in the earth that will get heaven’s attention and usher in the fragrance of the Lord. Worship responsibilities are varied and included stage setup, sound, and serving one another as a team. 

Prayer Team

There are two ways to be involved on the prayer team:
1) Pray for the events during the week of EXALT'23.
2) Be a part of the prayer ministry team on Friday evening at the stadium where you will be available to pray with people individually who request prayer.

Registration and Tickets

This team will help to coordinate the pre-registration and on-site registration that is required for attendees to get into the stadium for the Friday evening prayer and worship. Team members will also work the gates of the stadium to take tickets from everyone who has pre-registered.

Greeters and Ushers

Greeters and Ushers will be located around the stadium to help welcome the community and direct people to the open seating area.

Stadium Setup Crew

The setup crew will help prepare the stadium for the Friday evening prayer and worship gathering. This could include helping to set up staging, water stations, volunteer spaces, t-shirt distribution, etc. 

Stadium Teardown Crew

The teardown crew will be there to help tear down and clean up the stadium after everyone leaves. This could include picking up trash, packing up registration and volunteer areas, or moving items out that were brought in.
